Old Business: We set a date September 27, 2008 at 1 o'clock for the Bar-B-Que at Howard Amon Park. We talked about the Christmas party. Alice, Joann, Wilma, Lois, Nancy and Helen are all going to work together on the Christmas party. We will set a date at the next meeting. We need to vote on a hunt chairman and co-chairman at our next meeting for 2009. Jerry said if we all work together we can have a great hunt. Nominations for officers will be in October and November meetings. It is fast coming to an end. Please try to make the September meeting. We need your input on planning the hunt next year. Putting on a hunt is going to be a challenge with high silver and gold prices and high fuel prices. Saturday September 27th, at Howard Amon Park 1:00 P.M. will be our fall Bar-B-Que and hunt. Bring the whole family for a great time. The club will furnish meat, bread, pop and chips. Bring something to go with the meal, salad, dessert, or whatever. See you there.
