Next meeting October 21st room B. November meeting will be on November 18th. Kim gave the treasurers report. Balance $167.74, $12.00 50/50 raffle, $19.00 silver raffle, $10.50 50/50, $350.00 from hunt fund deposits. $41.85 silver, $20.00 Jim Wilson, $66.70 silver spent, balance $410.27. Jerry welcomed our new members Jim and Judy Davis. Jerry also welcomed back Steve Churchman. Our hunt chairman’s for 2009 are Joann Thomas and Steve Churchman. For the club picnic and hunt it was voted on to spend $125.00 on silver and prizes for the hunt. Kim is checking on what dates are open for our Christmas party. We will find out at the October meeting the date for our Christmas party. We talked about nominations for club officers. The next three meetings we will be taking nominations for 2009 officers. Voting will be at the December meeting. Its time for some new faces to step forward and help out the club. We need some new people with new ideas. It’s your club support it, and run for an office.
