At the last meeting we passed out a tentative flyer form for all to review and we will discuss it at the Nov meeting. Please look it over and give your input. You are the club; we are just the co-chairmen and are looking for all the help we can get. Lyle has volunteered to coordinate the prizes for the hunt. We need as many donations as we can get. Please make them a minimum of $5 and must be unused except for coins or cash. Remember to provide the name and address of the donor so we can be sure and send a thank-you to them after the hunt. For every $20 worth of money we save on donations that will be that much more we can put out in the hunt field. Lyle has generously offered to donate one silver half each month to the one who brings in the highest cash value in donations. This will start with the November meeting. If there is anything you would like to help Steve and I with please let us know as soon as possible. Here is to a good Hunt in 2009.
